Grilled Stone Fruit Skewer Sundaes
Ingredients
- A selection of plums, peaches and cherries
- Olive oil for brushing
- Vanilla ice cream
- Fresh mint
- Sea salt
Instructions
- Pit and slice the fruit and fit onto skewers. Brush with a bit of olive oil. Grill over med-high heat until grill marks just begin to appear. Remove and let cool.
- Scoop ice cream into dessert bowl, spoon fruit over, finish with mint leaves and a pinch of sea salt.
