Christmas Cranberry Dark & White Chocolate Brownie Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box of pre-made brownie mix
  • 1/4 cup flour of your choice (I used all-purpose)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate pieces
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate pieces
  • 1/4 cup crushed pistachios for topping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line a baking sheet pan with parchment paper. 
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, flour, oil, eggs and vanilla. Mix or stir well. 
  • Once that is combined, add the cranberries and chocolate. Stir to incorporate well. 
  • Using a cooking scoop, place golf ball size dollops of brownie mixture about 2 inches apart on the baking tray. 
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with pistachios.  Let them cool on the paper to set up before removing to enjoy!
