box of pre-made brownie mix

cup
flour of your choice (I used all-purpose)

eggs
1
tsp
vanilla extract
1/4
cup
vegetable oil
1/2
cup
dried cranberries
1/2
cup
dark chocolate pieces
1/2
cup
white chocolate pieces
1/4
cup
crushed pistachios for topping
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line a baking sheet pan with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, flour, oil, eggs and vanilla. Mix or stir well.
Once that is combined, add the cranberries and chocolate. Stir to incorporate well.
Using a cooking scoop, place golf ball size dollops of brownie mixture about 2 inches apart on the baking tray.
Bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with pistachios. Let them cool on the paper to set up before removing to enjoy!
